Literally across the sidewalk from Intex Osaka and just down the street from Nakafuto Station. If you have anything that you're seeing or doing at Suminoe-ku, this hotel is the place to stay. The rooms are huge, the view is gorgeous (my room overlooked Intex and I loved it!), the staff are friendly, and the lobby is charming. I went to the front desk a few times for various requests and the staff immediately recognized me and handled everything with a smile. I can't think of a single thing that could be improved here.

The staff was extremely nice, as everyone in Japan. Accidentally I left my pocket around the reception and only noticed this like 3 hours later. The pocket was at the same place with all my documents and money in it - it's not something that happens in many countries. We absolutely loved that there is a shop just on the ground floor of the hotel! We could go down and pick things for ourselves whenever we wanted. There are great restaurants within the hotel for all taste. We had one of the best foods ever in the teppanyaki restaurant and absolutely great service! Room service is fast and the food was exceptionally good. We had an upgrade on our room, so we had access to the club facilities on the top floor. We didn't spend much time there, but also it was good to know that we can get some amenities and drinks whenever we go up. In Japanese terms we had a huge room (80sm) what was very spacious. Room cleaning was done every day no matter when we left the room or came back.

My friend and I really enjoyed the stay here. The concierge was very nice. All the staff that assisted us was very nice and helpful. They made sure to accommodate us considering the time that we got there because we drove from Tokyo. The room service was also very exceptional. I ordered room service and the food was so delicious I would recommend the Yakisoba noodles. Whenever I come back to Osaka I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. I’m so happy that I was able to have a great experience here. I also enjoyed the view from our hotel room it was very beautiful. Another thing that I enjoyed was how close there was a 7-Eleven and how quiet the neighborhood is. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and I loved it very much. Thank you so much to everyone that assisted my friend and I.

The location is abit away from the city but there’s a shuttle bus to and from the hotel to Osaka train station . Airport shuttle is available with charges … Besides all that the staffs and cleanliness of the hotel are good .

Room was adequate for my stay. I was there for work so the proximity of the Expo centre was ideal. Breakfast was a combination of Japanese & Western food and was great. I eat in the Italian restaurant two nights which was nice. Very good gym to work out in! Very handy having a 7-11 shop in the basement! Plenty of eating options in the hotel if you don't want to travel to the CBD. Great to have a bus transfer facility to the international airport.

The hotel overall is very nice. It’s a bit of an oldie from the interior appearance of the rooms, but it is still very classy and very clean. As for the bed in our room it was comfortable and clean with good pillows. It situated in Osaka bay, so the view was always nice. Another plus is that there is a metro station very close by.

Friendly staff, Quality of 5 stars, good quality of Breakfast and foods. They have shuttle bus to Osaka Umeda station every hours, and convenient store plus selections of restaurants. Will come again

Stay at this hotel and enjoy a free shuttle to Osaka station, a decent-sized room with a view of the harbor, friendly staff, and one of the best hotel gyms I've ever stayed at. It's perfect for those attending the convention center next door or visiting Universal Studios.

Everything. The rooms were gorgeous, the view over the city was spectacular and the harbor. They were big, had tubs in each room. Room service was incredible and very reasonable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The room's comfortable, as well as the additional facilities like swimming pool, spa and the rooftop club
